Poor design and cut

Badly designed polo. Way too oversized for the indicated size and sizing guide. I usually purchase a Medium with Memo and is usually correct but this style polo for a classic look that was trying to be achieved missed the mark. Should have been a small in this style but no indication was provided that it was an oversized cut + the sizing guide is completely wrong. Exchanging the item is too time consuming and a lot of hassle for the customer and most stores do not carry this style, causing a lot of frustration. Hopefully Memo doesn’t allow this to occur again and it’s QA team does a more thorough job in checking their design & sizing guide & description before it gets released to market.

Shame really as the material and cloth used is pretty good.
