Will shipping be affected by COVID-19?

You may now shop for your fave Memo fashion essentials online starting May 8! In coordination with our third party logistics, we will make every effort to serve your orders during this time. Due to the ongoing community quarantine, delivery may take 3-30 working days or once government restrictions are lifted on your area.

I placed an order and paid via prepaid and I received a cancellation email. Will there be any charges?

You will not be charged for cancellation of orders via prepaid. Processed refund will reflect in your account within 7-15 business days.

What payment options are available?

Cash on delivery and prepaid options such as Debit/Credit, Gcash, and Paymaya are now available.

How can I cancel my order?

You can send an email to shop@memofashion.com to cancel your order.

What areas are non-serviceable due to ECQ?

We are now accepting orders nationwide. However, please note that due to the extended community quarantine, certain areas are still unserviceaable, and deliveries of parcels may depend on LGU directives on community quarantine guidelines.

When can I expect my order?

Due to the enhanced community quarantine, please expect delays on delivery. We are trying our best to process your orders. We are also checking in with our delivery partners regarding limitations and delays on delivery. Forwarder will send a message to notify you once your order is on its way.

How can I return my order?

For any Online Returns during ECQ and MECQ, please email us to start a return.

You can send an email to shop@memofashion.com to return your order.

Kindly indicate the following:

Order Number
Reason for Return
Photos of the item showing current condition
Photo of receipt

How to return the item:

  1. You have thirty (30) days to return an item from the date it was purchased (order date).
  2. Send the items together with receipt back to GABC 1155, North EDSA, Balintawak, Quezon City.
  3. Once received, we will check if items are in good condition.
  4. If returned items have passed our quality check (1-2 business days), we will issue a voucher that is equal to the amount paid by the customer, excluding the costs incurred for sending the goods.
  5. If there are Memo stores open near you and for faster processing, you may follow this guideline, "Online Store Returns Policy".

*Online returns policy do not apply on non-returnable items, such as face masks, underwear, and socks.
