very nice design & colour combi stripes, and the fabric looks expensive

Size of shirt

I ordered the shirt via online shop, one piece, size medium, but I think it's too big for medium. Shops at malls have medium sizes smaller than this one. If this is really medium, can I exhange same shirt with size small? Thanks.
