Will shipping be affected by COVID-19?

Preparation time and delivery days might be longer due to the Enhanced Community Quarantine especially for those areas affected, but rest assured that we will do our best to serve your orders the soonest possible time. You may check the order status on your account or reach out to our Customer Care team via our Social media account or (shop@memofashion.com)

When can I expect my order this ECQ?

Please expect delays in our delivery schedules and other services due to the restrictions caused by enhanced community quarantine. We are also in constant communication with our partner couriers regarding their limitations and delivery guidelines. Rest assured that you will be receiving the tracking details once the order has been shipped out.

How can I cancel my order?

You can send an email to (shop@memofashion.com) to cancel your order.

Once cancellation request has been sent, we deem this final and irreversible. Once processed by the team, we can no longer re-instate it if you wish to have it again.

Online Store Returns Policy

For items purchased through our online store, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange the items at any Memo boutiques nationwide. Click this to see the list of stores: https://memofashion.com/pages/stores

Online Store Return Conditions:
1. The item to be returned should be in good condition, unused and with tags intact.
2. If the same item though is not available, you can choose any item inside the store with the same amount.
3. If you prefer an item with a higher value from your original purchase, the price difference must be paid. If of lower value, then price difference is forfeited.
4. Face masks and undergarments are not valid for return due to sanitary reasons.

Be advised that all returned items will be evaluated to confirm its condition and Official Receipt must be presented for the return-exchange to push through.
