Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Guidelines:

• - All tags must be attached to the item.
• - The item must be unused and unwashed.
• - The item will undergo an evaluation process to confirm its condition.

Important Notes:

1. Undergarments, face masks, swimsuits, jewelry, and cosmetics are not eligible for return due to sanitary reasons.
2. We cannot guarantee the availability of the item(s) as stock may vary by boutique. If your preferred item is unavailable, you’re welcome to exchange it for another item of the same value. If you choose an item of higher value, you’ll only need to cover the price difference. For items of lower value, the excess amount will no longer be valid.
