All return requests go through a validation process. Please review the guidelines below:

1. Returns and refunds are only applicable to orders placed through memofashion.com and may be processed within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
2. An official receipt must accompany your item before it can be evaluated for processing.
3. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and have their tags intact.
4. If Valid, a Store Credit Voucher will be issued as the refund. It will be equivalent to the value the returned item(s), excluding shipping fees
